Job Description
Leap29 - Diving Representative - Contract position - Africa Leaps 29 are working with a Large and International Contractor based in Europe They are currently engaged in various projects - Subsea They are looking to contract a Diving Representative for a project in Africa on - board FPSO Responsibilities will include: *Acts as 'eyes & ears' for the client with regard to offshore operations and ensuring that work *procedures and management of change are followed by the contractors *Ensures that health & safety issues are kept foremost *Monitors competence issues with team performing work at site *Ensures compliance with local & international regulations *Monitors the safety & efficiency of operations *Reports on the work done, lessons learned, any useful pointers and recommended improvements for future operations The suitable consultant will have at least 10-15 years experience within Oil and Gas industry - Diving Relevant discipline offshore experience and training (marine, diving, ROV, survey/inspection, Underwater engineering, familiarity with dynamic positioning and position referencing systems if working off a dynamically positioned support vessel, etc)
