Senior Subsea Engineer (BOP) - Norway My client is one of the leading offshore contractors in drilling and currently looking for a Senior Subsea Engineer to be involved in new operations. The position is a permanent onshore role which involves planning, maintenance and planning for subsea systems operations. Responsibilities: *Approval and management of change in operations *Operations support function to offshore crew *Modifications in vendor classifications *Sustain knowledge of drilling operations in assembling and dismantling *Managing control assistance team for the BOP stacks *Maintenance of BOP subsea systems *Project engineered testing, installation & commissioning of subsea well control equipment. *Expert in troubleshooting, design and troubleshooting of ram and annular blowout preventers, rams and hydraulic connectors *Involved with proposal modification Requirements: *10 years + experience *Relevant technical qualifications *MUST have good understanding of BOP & MUX control systems *Good safety record from past operations In return my client offers a highly competitive salary with interesting additional benefits with the opportunity to work on interesting projects.
