Job Summary:

Ensuring that the internal audit activates are performed in the most efficient way to guarantee the effectiveness of the quality and environmental ISO systems in supporting the business objectives and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Duties & Responsibilities

 Setting department plans and programs the yearly audit plan as part of the division plan in order to achieve the division functional strategies

 Controlling the Internal audit technical performance of the department and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the performance of the organizational entities under supervision

-Technical Duties & Responsibilities
 Understanding the business functions and processes.
 Reviewing and comprehending of all, concerned area of audit, related procedures, work practices and methodologies.
 Engaging in planning and furnishing the yearly audit program.
 Recommending the frequency, period and extent of the audit based on the criticality and previous findings.
 Arranging the audit program with concerned area of audit using the standard formats.
 Reviewing pertain documents to the area to be audit prior audit (i.e. ISO std. requirements, quality objectives, org. chart, processes, procedures, previous audit findings...etc).

 Executing audit activity using the std. documents for support.
 Summarizing audit findings and forwarding them to concerned audited area heads for actions.
 Compiling, arranging and filing resulted from the audit.
 Working with the auditee to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and bringing to management issues that require attention tracking corrective actions.
 Formally, document findings and maintaining files generated from each audit.
 Performing necessary follow-up to correct and close any bending audit issue.
 In coordination with Director, QSHE and concerned audited department head, reflecting audit findings in the issuance or update of any needed QMS document.

 Attending all audit activities by external accreditation body or source, understand deficiencies and take proper action(s) in liaise with the Director, QSHE.

 If required, performing a third party audit, on the supplier(s) to assist their capabilities/ quality in providing a good service/ product and providing recommendations.

 Summarizing audit findings both digitally and graphically, for the concerned period, highlighting trends to present them during the management review meeting.

Conducing basic ISO awareness to branches/ projects teams as and when needed.

- Technical Duties & Responsibilities

 Attending concerned meetings as and when required.

 Uploading corrected and closed audit findings in the respected QSHE intranet directory.

- Administrative Duties & Responsibilities

 Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly

 Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review

 Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the Director, QSHE
