Job Summary:
Providing the required HSE training and coaching to employees ensuring they do posses the required skills, knowledge and capacity to perform their tasks in a proper way and adhering to HSE objectives and best practices as per OHSAS18001:2007, ISO14001:2004 and HACCP requirements. Ascertain that current working practices do not posses any hazard to themselves, operations or environment.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Duties & Responsibilities:

 Setting HSE annual/ periodic training plan according to the organization's HSE requirements, in coordination with
the Director of QHSE, concerned business unit and the training department.
Technical Duties & Responsibilities
 Understanding the business functions and processes to enable him to determine what could be a suitable HSE training
 Coordinating with training department and concerned department(s) concerning training plan/ venue/ attendees...etc.
 Updating and delivering employee training programs related to hazardous materials and waste.
 Conducting HSE awareness to newly employees.
 Conducting HSE advanced training for specific categories jobs.
 Identifying all potential hazards associated with the work, issue needed documents and deliver required training i.e. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis JHA...etc.
 Attending the Safety Toolbox Talk management and evaluation for projects in sites to understand and build-upon needed training materials that support.
 Organizing with external disciplines i.e. training agencies, medical institutes, Civil Defense...etc on training support as and when required i.e. CPR, First Aid, Fire Drill...etc.
 Outsource external training courses, as and when required, considering budget constraint and impact.
 Collect and recommend training materials.
 Evaluating the training efficiency by analyzing outcome and recommend improvements.
 Maintaining training records keeping and hosting in the appropriate locations.
 Summarizing the related training results and delivering the HSE related activities results statically
 Reporting the standard of trainees in terms of their engagement in training activity such as; attendance, engagement, discussion, interest, answers...etc. and recommend.
 Uploading and categorize HSE materials within the almajalG4S intranet.

Administrative Duties & Responsibilities:

 Attending concerned HSE meetings as directed by the Director, QSHE.
 Providing coordination with training agencies and suppliers concerning HSE issues and materials.
 Preparing periodic reports with respect to the training activities and achievements to be submitted to the QSHE Director supervisor for review
 Performing any other related duties related to the job as assigned by the Director, QSHE
