Our client are currently working on a numnber of project for high profile clients and need the assistance of a Project Manager with experience of pipeline and umbilical pre-commissioning. Key Requirements Pre-commissioning experience- umbilical and pipeline. Previous project management experience Job Description Leap29 are working with a leading provider of subsea pre-commissioning services, with offices in Stavanger, Norway. Our client are currently working on a numnber of project for high profile clients and need the assistance of a Project Manager with experience of pipeline and umbilical pre-commissioning. 1.Reporting: Project Manager reports to Project Director Subsea. 2.Responsibility and jurisdiction: a)The Project Manager is responsible for all operational, fiscal and QHSE aspects of the Project, and is empowered to make Project related decisions on behalf of IKM. b)The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for all contract administration and project management relating to the development of procedures, trials, technical solutions and fabrication of tools associated with the project. c)Project Manager has full financial responsibility for the Project, in accordance with conditions of contract. d)Project Manager has control of the preparation and production of project procedures ensuring the implementation of procedures by nominated representatives, and that any data gathered is in an accurate format for later submission to Contractor. e)Project Manager has the overall responsibility to ensure that the corporate instructions and routines for policies, procedures and the QHSE system are adhered to at all times. f)Project Manager shall be included on all correspondence related to the project. g)Project Manager is responsible for all mobilisations and demobilisations of plant equipment and personnel and also for ensuring that the Project is always manned with qualified personnel.
