Responsible for:
Performs various tasks using one's experience gained from his background in civil works.
Prepares an overall schedule or program on how to plan, implement, supervise, and follow-through the project on site and coordinate the same to the General Manager for evaluation and to input whatever necessary details are still needed.
Handles personally the project/s assigned to him by conducting site supervision/inspection from time to time. To monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
To check the materials needed in the project with the proper coordination with the General Manager and the Purchaser for the schedule of its delivery.
Preparing letters (sending and receiving) and dealing with the owner and concerned parties ( contractor, consultant)
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
Preparing and reviewing contracts, quantities and qualifications
Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to

determine project feasibility
Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
Drafting, Laying Out, and Specifying Technical Devices, Parts, and Equipment -- Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used.

Monitoring and Controlling Resources -- Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the spending of money.
Developing Objectives and Strategies -- Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
