Key Requirements
Master/Bachelor. Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Civil, Electrical, Petroleum). Relevant experince can replace lack of formal education.
Offshore survival course - OLF
Fluent in spoken and written English
7 years floating drilling rig and subsea completion experience
Technical knowledge of subsea equipment (pressure containing quipment, intervention tooling, Tie-in and manifold systems)
Operational knowledge related to well completion and vessel operations.

Job Description
Leap29 are working with a European operator with the need for a IMR and ROV engineer to join their project, with offices based in Stavanger. You will be required to spend time in the Stavanger offices, time offshore and time in fabrication yards. Manage and lead contractor's subsea and ROV personell to ensure proper preparation and installation of subsea equipment Main Accountabilities and Responsibility: Ensure proper planning, preparation and installation of subsea equipment according to program and procedures. Assure that all parts of the work is being performed with a high focus on HSE to avoid personnel injuries and damage to material and environment. Main Task: Representing client on ROV and IMR issues Technical responsible for ROV and IMR. Responsaible for governing documents related to ROV and IMR and handle all deviatuions accordingly Offshore operation planning related to running of subsea equipment Detaling of documents related to installtion of subsea equipment Manage, plan and co-ordinate the work according to approved programmes and procedures Verify that activities are carried out in such a manner that they safeguard the health, safety and integrity of all personnel Report all accidents or situations of potential hazard Supervise and monitor the work performed by the vessel, ROV contractor and subsea contractor(s) personnel during day and night shifts Ensure sufficient supervision during all critical operations Undertake daily morning report calls to shore Prepare daily subsea report, variations and deviations reports, reports required for data archive and feed-Back reports Accept/approve contractors' work documentation on a daily basis Request equipment, materials and services to the vessel in a timely manner according to the approved contracts, and verified checklists Initiate Lesson Learned process Main Internal Relationship: The project team, Operations and Well operation department Main External Relationship: Mainly Drilling and completion contractors, ROV contractors, subsea equipment suppliers and ship owners.
