1. Job Summary:
Supervise the max foam department and prepare the necessary chemicals for the work. In addition prepare the equations for the specials chemical (formlishn) according to daily demand after receiving the orders of industrialization.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive chemicals from the warehouse and in the computer program.
• Supervision the department teams during the casting and control structure.
• Monitor the work progress in the department and prepare the necessary reports.
• Follow-up with the maintenance team to ensure the preventive & periodic maintenance.
• Set parameters and inputs values for the machine as per the production process and type.
• Follow-up stocks of chemicals needed for production and work in purchase order with the purchase department if the stock arrives to the minimum.
• Monitoring and supervision of product quality and coordination with the lab's and send the samples to them.
• Schedule the monthly request of two types of polyol according to the needs and sent to the purchasing department.
• Calculate the proportion of powder and polyol in the polyol mixing process.
• Compliance with the procedures relating to the safety rules
• Preservation of the Covenant and follow the regulations and maintain the confidentiality of information about the company.
• Maintain the production efficiency and reporting the daily production result.
• Participate with the production meeting
3. Other Functions and Responsibilities:
• Attending meetings with purchasing team and suppliers of raw materials.
• Cooperation with the Finance Department in the calculation products prices .
