Company is looking for HVAC Maintenance Engineer the Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the following area;
1.Design HVAC ducting and perform load calculations.
2.Supervise the preparation and review of detailed plans and specifications for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and piping.
3.Review and evaluate mechanical design drawings and specifications prepared by the consultants or submitted by equipment suppliers/sub contractors.
4.Analyze and evaluate building energy consumption and recommend methods and material to conserve energy and water.
5.Consult with the project managers and quality controllers and advise inspectors regarding work progress issues.
6.Supervise the project's mechanical works including testing, commissioning and handing over.
7.Co-ordinate with the procurement department and achieve budgeted gross margin for the handled projects.
8.Preparation and submittal of shop drawings and participate actively in the design and estimation of projects
