Eastern Region Manager - Khobar / Dammam, Saudi Arabia - Jordananian / Lebanese nationals welcome Job - First Resort Global Recruitment Apr 16th 2012, 16:10 Our client is a Saudi Arabian leader in environmental services and industrial waste management. They work with both the Saudi government and private sector industries and businesses. We are currently looking for an experienced Eastern Region Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • To produce a definitive departmental business plan in conjunction with Business Development Personnel to ensure Company strategic objectives are met. • To develop a combined strategy between Operations and Tendering ensuring submitted bids are commensurate with local market conditions, incorporate an appropriate degree of expertise and preclude the company from financial risk. • To source graduate Engineers to progressively develop for back up and senior staff positions and evaluate incumbent staff for ongoing development, reallocation and or replacement. • To encourage and promote effective two way communication at all levels to ensure all personnel are aware of departmental and Company objectives and possible constraints. • To form close working alliances with all support departments and supply advance information on all forthcoming projected and identified resource requirements. • To constantly evaluate the balance between sub contracted activities and in house performance against the creation of new divisions within the department to more efficiently and cost effectively perform the projects at hand. • To monitor and control the budget and budget-awareness within the department to ensure objectives are met within agreed limits. • To maintain awareness of new technologies and products that will increase the efficiency of the department and continuously devise and improve methods to stay ahead of the competition. • To develop a professional and open relationships with clients whilst ensuring the interests of the Company are protected and to actively pursue the broadening of Company client base. • To have a Pro-active approach and technically sound in the field of Environment and Waste Management. • Should be excellent with project planning, budgeting costs BENEFITS • The salary depends on education, experience, assessment test and interview • As a guide between 20-25k SAR per month / $64-80k USD per annum basic • Excellent benefits package • Tax free earnings Job Details Date Posted: 2012-04-16 Job Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Engineering Company Industry: Safety/Environment; Engineering; Industrial Joining Date: 2012-06-01 Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Gender: Male Nationality: Jordan; Lebanon Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
