1. Coordinate planning services and resources for DLC construction and renovation projects andor programmes to include preparing andor evaluating proposed designs, along with developing performance specifications and assisting in the supervision and monitoring of programme activities.2. To assist with preparing cost estimates and assist in identifying expenditures to establish project budgets. 3. Inspect and evaluate construction projects to ensure that materials and methods used are in compliance with established safety standards and specifications and to ensure the maintenance of sound landscaping standards. 4. Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations andor conclusions.5. Recommend various personnel actions including, but not limited to, training, and time off scheduling. 6. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. 7. Establish and maintain a full working knowledge of the project or specified area scope of work.8. Effectively communicate the requirements of the programme to project management, engineering, procurement and construction staff.9. Follow company procedures and work instructions. 10. Ensure all programmed activities are logically linked.12. Ensure activity weightings are compliant with estimate.13. Produce resource and earned value trends.14. Perform programme status and progress updates, ensuring progress reported is true reflection of work achieved.15. Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices to Clients.
