Attends all project meetings and assists EEG on site design and final PDP approval as required. Assists in the specification of specialist electrical equipment.Site commissioning in line with the design requirements to company's to accepted industry standards. Setting of field electrical equipment to designed specifications.Manages the Commissioning Team and assigns them to projects ensuring that they are fully briefed beforehand. Develops the Commissioning Team through site and professional training courses.Officially hands over installed projects to the Area Operations Manager in such a fashion that the latter and his crew fully understand the site design and set up.Give electrical assistance during the life of the project.Prepares as built documentation within one week of the project going live.Maintains and develops ISO procedures.Work closely with Area Operations Managers and Project Coordinators. Ensures site compliance to the installed set up via a defined auditing program.Ensures that project records are correctly managed.Manages the QHSE compliance of his department and assists in investigations into all accidents and near misses.The company places a strong emphasis on health, operational safety and environmental protection. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the company's Health, Safety and Environmental policies, operating procedures and compliance to local legislation.
