Service Engineer Job - ThyssenKrupp Jul 3rd 2012, 10:50 Must have experience in Elevator/Escalator Industry •Monthly Maintenance Control (Preventive Maintenance). •Corrective Maintenance Control. •Provide training and control the improvement of our field maintenance department. •Commercial assistance in order to assure that the company is capable to maintain the unit. •Spare Parts control between TKE/ Employee and customer. •Material requisition control. •Call back analysis and response time analysis. •Open issue control. •Verification of Service Reports/ Call back reports/Time sheet Control. •Control of Transportation for the Staff and their accommodation. •New installation inspection with respect to final hand over protocol and takeover of new units. •Inspections for Recaptures and 3rd Party if it is required. •Maintenance and Repair team control (Timesheets).
