Laboratory Engineer Job - Prince Sultan Advanced Technologies Institute Jul 2nd 2012, 07:44 The Electro-optics Laboratory was established in 2010 with an aim to engage in advanced research in infra-red sensors, focal plane arrays and imaging systems. The laboratory has an infra-red sensor design, fabrication and test facility. Current research activities include: Micromachined microbolometers, Metal-insulator-metal diodes, Micro/nano antennas, and Micro/nano fabrication. In general, the successful applicant is expected to manage the everyday laboratory activities including the logistics likekeeping inventories, materials purchasing and others. The successful applicant will maintain, calibrate and operate equipment in the laboratory; and will be expected to assist in different experimental developments in the laboratory.
