Business Development Manager - SURF A leading installation contractor is currently looking for a candidate to take up the role of Business Development Manager for the SURF business unit. This is a staff role to be based in Batam. The role would see you responsible for: * Developing plans for pursuing new clients * Engaging with clients on new projects with the country manager and sales groups * Participating in client negotiations and pre / post bid meetings * Developing execution strategies for business development activities * Assisting with the development of proposals and estimates * Assist with project execution if required For this role my client needs a candidate that has over 10 years experience in EPIC projects within an installation contractor. Included in this experience should be a previous role as a Project Manager for SURF projects with direct involvement in operational and construction management. As this is a SURF role you should be familiar with subsea hardware installation in deep water. In return the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a Senior role within a market leading organization.
