Location: Saudi Arabia

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a large general trading company based in Saudi Arabia. My client are looking to hire a candidate with a minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia in the Instrumentation & Controls area with at least 4 years of sales experience.

Key Requirements

Fluent in English communication skills University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Proven past experience in technical capacity in area of Instrumentation & Control showing working understanding of the technicalities. Areas of technical expertise of interest include SCADA, DCS, PLC, Instrumentation, Control Networks, P&ID Diagrams, and advanced applications. Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales and Management Experience of Saudi Oil&Gas and Petrochemical sector and environment a plus Experience in Measurement/Metering systems a plus Technical skills should include: Instrumentation, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, Metering and Custody Transfer System, Analyzes, Industrial Communication. Soft Skills: Project Management, Pre-Sales, Estimation, Team Management, Presentation skills, English fluency is very important, Presentable and customer-facing, sales experience and working with CRM to manage sales activities is a plus

Job Description

To develop the brand in the target market of Saudi Arabia for our principal I&C products portfolio. Work closely with our partners to conduct marketing and sales activities.

Manage accounts and sales pipeline for all relevant products portfolio and utilizing a sales management system to report and forecast current and future business.

Achieve sales targets and commitments.

Communicate to senior engineers, consultants and those who specify requirements at head office level, to ascertain what projects for new sites and retrofits/upgrades are in the pipeline.

Conduct field sales activities at sites with field engineers developing strong relationships to the point where they come to you for all their I&C needs.

Assist in building of an I&C portfolio of products and solutions to market to our customers.

Experience of managing a team of upto 10 technical sales executives
