Vocalcom is currently looking for System and Network Support Engineer
• Monitor production systems
• Troubleshoot complex problems
• Document issues, discussions, findings and resolution in the Case Management System (customer portal infrastructure)
• Identify and solve platform related issues in a team-driven environment
• Write technical documents describing precisely customer systems set-up and configuration.
• Work closely with team members, as well as Database administration team, Network team & site engineering and production to ensure the 24x7 Business support.
Manage customer communication
• Provide training for customers
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, network and/or operating system problems through a structured system approach.
• Troubleshoot Vocalcom solution installed in customer side and provide the necessary assistance.
• Install, tune and maintain hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain documents on architecture and configuration for our customer.
• Ensure procedures are followed to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide user support for escalated issues from helpdesk.
• Complies with all company health & safety policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training as required to other team members.
