Jun 7th 2012, 15:42 Direct Hire Oil & Gas Industry Minimum Requirement: B.Sc. in Marketing and / or Chemical Engineering, with an experience of refined product handling and shipping not less than 10 years. P.S. CAMS Engineers can be considered. Knowledge of PC programming. Very systematical. Role: To ensure the accuracy of all information and data related to Plant's production in shipping activities. To coordinate and provide shareholders with proper ship loading and cargo documentation according to respective documentation instructions. To maintain computerized systems related to shipping activities and maintain Shareholders entitlement records entitlement versus actual product lifting. To apply the relevant paragraphs of the operating / off-take agreement based on knowledge of the circumstances and general practice. To check berthing / loading priority scenarios in particular during berth congestion, port closure and high stock to avoid demurrage and product flaring.
