Specialist, Hydraulics Job - Marafiq Jun 26th 2012, 08:56 Designs and directs construction of water and other hydraulic engineering projects for control and use of water: Computes and estimates rates of water flow. Specifies type and size of equipment, such as conduits, pumps, turbines, pressure valves, and surge tanks, used in transporting water and converting water power into electricity. This is one of six (6) positions reporting to the Superintendent, Water Planning. The jobholder needs to collaborate closely with the different departments in Marafiq to be able to collect data, analyse it and report findings related to water capacities.
