Senior Project Development Engineer Job - Qatar Petroleum (QP) Jun 3rd 2012, 14:20 PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB At departmental level, participates and leads the development and implementation of mega downstream projects at various stages, from initiation to commissioning and start-up. Emphasis is made on conducting the projects execution subject to budget, schedule and quality, in respect of best project management practices. The position embraces the whole projects lifecycle; it specializes in technical areas, although it coordinates with all other functional areas. As such, it supports the department's leadership and accountability in developing these projects.
