Our client, a high profile electromechanical company is currently seeking to recruit Planning Engineer Your duties will include but not limited to Prepare action plan for preparing Planning Package Prepare Planning Package deliverable list Define Project detailed activities and group them into WBS.Estimate duration of activity, develop logic sequence of project activities.Determine weight factor in line with project requirements Analyze network data and define critical path Detailed logic network and predecessor successor reports Verify and issue updated reports in terms of schedule, areas of concern in line with Project control Procedure Prepare recovery plans, delay analysis Ensure accuracy in the estimated time to complete each element of work Liaise with subcontractors and interface with other relevant department in order to plan and update work schedule as per actual progress Prepare and issue contract execution schedule before progress meetings Preparation of Planning packages such as daily and weekly progress reports progressive invoicing, activity weight age calculations, variation claims ets Exposure to ISO 9000 Quality Management system Experience in Industrial oil and gas and pipeline projects Experience in project monitoring, look ahead scheduling, review meetings with client consultant Experience in pipeline projects
