MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Job - Zamil Group Real Estate Co. Jun 13th 2012, 10:37 Job Purpose: To ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the various camps by providing skilled work in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, cabling and other areas. Responsible for supervision of operational management of all aspects of the remote properties to assure maintenance of approved quality standards. Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance for the properties. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE & GENERAL WORKS •Development of preventative maintenance programs to keep down time within agreed maintenance parameters •Tour the site daily, report and resolve any problems that may put the infrastructure at risk. Direct maintenance staff to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner. •Oversees daily work of maintenance technicians •Plan and schedule all technical work to be carried out in the development inclusive of work carried out by contractors. •Prepare technical and service companies tenders for specific maintenance or repair jobs and supervise all contractual work •Maintain records of maintenance checks and repairs. DAY TO DAY TROUBLESHOOTING •Planning, compilation and management of annual technical budget. •Attend to or manage all unforeseen maintenance problems and emergency repairs •Develop and analyze history records of equipment to determine trends and formulate solutions to problems •Compile monthly technical management reports and the recommendation of solutions to specific problems •Prepare technical and service companies tenders for specific maintenance or repair jobs and supervise all contractual work •Effectively maintain and control the inventory of various supplies of maintenance materials.
