1.Must poses a Degree in Fire Protection Engineering or alternatively a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and shall have passed National Licensure Examination.
2.Shall be fluent both in written and spoken English.
3.Must have fifteen (15) years working experience, from the date of obtaining License/Qualifications, as senior project engineer for medium and large buildings and facilities such as universities and museums or cultural facilities that consist of complex fire protection systems. Shall have experience as Project Design Head for at least two (2) of the fifteen (15) years specified above, and must have at least 5 years of the 15 years above as commissioning engineer or Senior project engineer for complex facilities such as universities and museums.
4.Shall be able to produce fire protection designs for commercial structures, light industrial, institutional, and museums.
5.Well versed with the National Electric Codes (NEC), Uniform Fire Code and other U.S. or European building codes.
