Contract Officer Job - Nesma & Partners Contracting Co., Ltd. Jun 23rd 2012, 15:17 •BS in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction and working for top construction companies or consultants in the Gulf. * Very good command of English language, both written and spoken. * Able to draft contract letters and documents independently. •Knowledge of EPC contractual issues, commercial methods, contract change management, disputes and claims prevention skills. •Exposure to overall project contract planning, pre-qualification, negotiation and awarding, as well as, administration and close out of construction and engineering contracts. •Working knowledge of legal terminology & practices, Ability to prepare initial contract drafts.
