VP Operations Kurdistan Job - Huxley Associates May 21st 2012, 14:05 My client is an International E&P company. They are urgently looking for a VP Operations to manage their operations in Kurdistan North of Iraq. The position may be based in Kurdistan. The focus will be on expanding and overseeing a multi-disciplinary drilling, completions & testing operations team. This team will oversee the planning, evaluation and execution of all drilling activities. Initial focus is on achieving technical and operational excellence on drilling, completions and testing. The company has initiated a multi-well drilling program involving high-cost (up to $80MM gross cost per individual well), complex wells that are highly technical in nature with the additional challenges of being located in a remote area of a developing country. The successful and timely completion of these wells is of critical importance to the Company.
