Technical Manager Job May 19th 2012, 09:59 Duties and responsibilities: • Support of construction schedule by leading and coordinating large project teams across multiple organizations, managers, and shifts for items requiring rapid engineering resolution. • Development of project expansion with licensing department including required regulatory interfacing. • Effectively communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC assistance, etc.) for maintaining compliance with construction schedule and design requirements. • Ensuring compliance with all necessary procedural requirements to support construction IAW all safety requirements, design requirements, schedule expectations, cost estimates, and quality requirements. • Interface with regulatory and government agencies / offices knowledge, skills and abilities • Knowledgeable in the generation and application of project management principles, concepts and techniques including procedure generation, approval, and implementation • Knowledgeable of construction principles and problem solving techniques using rigorous and rapid engineering analysis deriving required resolutions for field construction to implement. • Knowledgeable of long range project planning.
