As a member of our Technical Department and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor will schedule, supervise & manage work orders received from customers for service connection or disconnection.
Main Responsibilities & Duties include:
1- Receive Work orders & manage provision appointment dates
2- Approving requested appointment dates requested by service providers
3- Allocate engineers for testing & provisioning for home connected users
4- Coordinate with planning department for issuance of necessary work orders for connecting home passed users
5- Creation of work packs
6- Manage the installation & the acceptance of 3rd party work related to connecting home passed users prior to customer provisioning
7- Manage the work orders request related services disconnection
8- Monitor progress & close Work orders once completed
9- Follow up faults reported during provisioning until resolution & re-schedule appointment date accordingly
10- Jeopardy management
11- Ensure that all services provided to customers are being provisioned according to the agreed upon signed SLA
12- Gather all signed acceptance provision forms during customer visits including power meter tests, verify, consolidate then send to Commercial service desk.
13- Prepare related reports
14- Keep an updated database for provisioning activities
