Senior Project Engineer - KSA Job - Hotelier Holding May 21st 2012, 14:05 *The project engineer will be responsible for overall project execution. He will ensure that the agreed upon design is implemented and delivered to the client in the promised time-frame within a specified budget. * Monitoring site works * Well experienced with bidding and quotation analysis * At least 5 years' experience with Furniture Fit-Out and Equipment, preferably commercial over residential. * The project engineer will also be managing a team of project engineers to ensure things run smoothly. *The project engineer will liaison with the relevant suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of furniture and fittings. * Communicate with clients with regards to variations in agreed design or order. * Follow projects: starting with design implementation, quality control and final project delivery. * Ensures on-time delivery of all projects as per agreed specifics. * Responsible for coordinating defect liability servicing. *The applicant must have his/her KSA residency visa.
