SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (Oil & Gas Major Projects) Job - Huxley Associates May 9th 2012, 15:36 LOCATION: Dubai, UAE PACKAGE: Up to AED50K per month (Basic, accom + transport) OVERVIEW: Senior Project Engineer with at least 15yrs experience in project management in the Exploration & Production sector. Will be dealing with major international projects from the Dubai office. ROLE: -Prepare Project Identification Document (PID) and conceptual SOW for projects in close liaison with Operation, Drilling and Reservoir departments. -Assist and engage in prequalification of Contractors / vendors -Review Technical Bids, perform Technical Bid Evaluation and prepare Technical Evaluation Report. -Monitor and control all phases of project work. -Implement all attestation reviews (SOW Review, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, Value Engineering, etc.) as applicable. -Interact on frequent basis with Project Construction Team to ensure construction of relevant projects is smooth and done according to schedule. -Review project documentation.
