Rotating Equipment Section Head Job - ABC Recruitment May 8th 2012, 10:34 Oil & Gas - Direct Hire Salary: As per company's standard • Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering graduate, Metallurgy engineer is an advantage with 11 years work experience in Oil & Gas industry. • Reports to the Deputy Maintenance Manager (DHBM) of Central Maintenance Department. • The job involves preparation and execution on five year and yearly plans, major overhauls, trouble shooting etc. • Main challenges are to smoothly integrate BAB plant, bearing in mind the variety, age and complexity of rotating equipment. • Develop contract strategies with OEMs, vendors, ESR to improve repair time and quality of major rotating equipment spares given current problems with vendor quality assurance. • Develop and execute both long and short term plans to meet technical integrity on rotating equipment including implementation on condition monitoring programs.
