Project Manager Job - Living In Egypt May 31st 2012, 10:50 1. Overall management of the project and ensuring that the contract is concluded with the client as per the project's objectives. 2. Full responsibility of Managing & implementing projects on time and within budget and quality. 3. Preparing and deployment the Resources needed for the project (Materials, Equipment, subcontractors, and project Staff). 4. Working as a liaison party between the project and any outside parties 5. Ensuring that all the safety rules & precautions are implemented on site 6. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. 7. Ensure implementing quality control programs 8. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. 9. Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule 10. Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project. 11. Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the contractors, sub-contractors and laborers. 12. Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams. 13. Periodic inspection of construction sites. 14. Ensure project documents are complete. 15. Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims. 16. Serve as a key link with the clients/consultants and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client. 17. Supervision on technical, construction, financial and administrative works. 18. Ensure implementing the planning techniques in the construction projects. 19. Experienced in coordination between all the construction activities (civil, Arch. And electromechanical). 20.
