• Preparation and updating of project MEP program, coordinating with the contractor's Master program and in conjunction with Project/Planning manager
• Preparation, follow up and updating of:
Detailed MEP construction program
MEP material submittal log.
MEP shop drawings log.
Resources loaded MEP works schedule/program.
MEP labor histograms
MEP works short term look ahead programs (Weekly, monthly)
Programs report
• Reporting to project, planning manager regarding activities on critical path, delays if any, possible impact/consequential delays on other related activities e.t.c
• Preparation of recovery programs, in case of delay coordination with project manager, as and when required.
• Follow up subcontractor's program.
• To initiate response/correspondences with main contractor on all planning/delay/time related issues and also with subcontractor's appointed by Sterling & Wilson.
• Attend site coordination meetings with the contractor/subcontractors, as and when required by PM.
• Collection of data and maintain of productivity rates for various activities of all trades.
• Liaison and preparation of all time impact (delay) program to substantiate/support claims, if required.
• Prepare feedback for all productivity rates of all tasks at the post construction stage.
• Any other duties/responsibilities assigned by Project/Planning manager.
