Operations Manager Job May 29th 2012, 08:42 • Line -manage the Project Management (PM) Product Sales and Service/Contracting teams on a day to day basis to secure achievement of operational objectives. • Resource and capacity plan for the teams to secure delivery of all projects to agreed Service Level Agreements. • Ensure teams maintain excellent standards of quality in their work. • Manage the interface with the internal software development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery. • Monitor task allocation/escalation and support the teams on a day to day basis, reviewing individual, client and group project plans. • Co-ordinate recruitment and training of additional resource as required. • In turn complete regular performance reviews and appraisals. • Progress the operations area in terms of staff development, training and process review and reengineering. • Provide "hands on" support to PMs on larger scale projects and with complex client needs on a day to day basis. • Support senior management team in driving the business forward and achieving objectives across the organisation.
