Laboratory Analyst Job - Marafiq May 1st 2012, 09:23 Perform chemical and physical tests on samples from the plant such as oil, gas, fuel oil, water, etc. to determine parameters and report results to relevant parties for further handling. The job reports to the Superintendent, Laboratory. The jobholder is responsible to carry out the prescribed tests on samples. The jobholder must be able to use a variety of laboratory equipment in the course of conducting such tests. Some of the equipment is outdated which makes arriving at the results quickly and accurately quite a challenge.
