Integrity Engineer Job - Earth Stream May 3rd 2012, 11:23 Our Client - Is a global oilfield service and products provider to the offshore oil and gas industry focussing on deepwater applications. Job Description - Assist with the following: - Process corrosion Monitoring & Inspection Data for input into relevant databases. - Interpreting corrosion monitoring and inspection data in the database and recommending changes in the corrosion monitoring/inspection programmes. - Provide details and information to ensure annual corrosion monitoring work scopes and inspection plans are prepared. - Monitor and ensure weekly and monthly listing, such as overdue reports, are maintained. - Long term corrosion monitoring and inspection planning activities. - Plan and organise mobilisation requirements such as accommodations, flights and equipment associated with offshore work. - Progress inspection reports, repair orders etc. and update reports. - Manage the CTR (Cost, Time & Resources) process, and assist in budget preparation. - Support the Senior Discipline Engineers in the assessment of problems both technical and operational by sourcing information, progressing actions, notification of actions etc. - Perform relief Offshore Inspection Engineer duties as and when required. - Assist in the preparation of the annual IIM budgets for any assigned Assets. - Ensure compliance with the company and the Client, HSEQ policies and systems. - Undertake other duties as required by Senior Engineers. Candidate Requirements - - Degree in an engineering related discipline preferably chartered. - Lesser qualifications will be accepted provided exceptional experience in inspection engineering can be demonstrated. - Minimum 5 years in the field of plant and equipment inspection. - Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of design, manufacture, materials, corrosion, welding, codes, standards and legislation associated with the in-service inspection of plant and equipment, Must be familiar with QA/QC practices, NDE Techniques. - Ability to generate a team approach to problem solving and a good communicator EarthStream is a specialist global recruiting business dedicated to the energy, resources & environment sectors that is uniquely positioned to understand the interplay and increasing convergence between these sectors.
