Deputy Director of the production of cheese process Job May 15th 2012, 15:47 i. Implementation of the monthly production plan sent from the Planning Department and make sure its implementation in accordance with the timing and order of time and operating plan for the organization of production lines. ii. Follow-up uses and deviations of raw materials and packaging materials, packaging, and all of the requirements of the production process (labor - Machinery - Tools - Packing and packaging materials - raw materials) iii. Follow-up to measure the efficiency of machinery . iv. Follow-up programs, cleaning, sterilization and health requirements v. Review stores to provide the required quantities of raw materials and raw materials necessary to implement the plan. vi. Follow-up supervision of processing (machinery - Mixers - analyzed the cooking - packaging materials) in terms of cleanliness and sterilization and operation. vii. Follow-up process in terms of productivity, weight, additives used in cooking, how to cook and homogeneity of the mixture, the temperature of Hilla, the devices used in cooking (UHT), viscosity, and the level of cheese. viii. Follow-up of workers and engineers in terms of (behavior - personal hygiene - Health workers - recycling workers - sterilization of hands - Problem Solving - Business Management). ix. Ensure the conformity of products to the quality requirements and standards set. x. Coordination with other departments such as maintenance, stores and quality to ensure the progress of work for the benefit of the production process. xi. Follow-up arrangement and organization of the USA rade in the interest of the production process. xii. The ability to solve problems related to disrupt the production process. xiii. Follow-up to full product delivery to the stores.
