CWS Scaffold Manager (Section Head) Riyadh Job - Al Arrab Contracting Co. May 23rd 2012, 16:11 ACC Riyadh is looking for a Qualified, experienced and result driven Scaffold Manager to act as Section Head for one of our projects in Riyadh. This applicant must have the following experience: • Reporting to Plant & Equipment Manager • Responsible for managing the CWS Scaffolding Division operation • Responsible for the implementation of ACC Safety Policy. Ensures a "duty of care" to all employees within the Scaffold division • Provide technical support to Projects Management in regards scaffolding packages required. • Assisting procurement department in regards specification for purchase. • Recommend to PMV Director training needs for ED personnel • Ensures all personnel within his remit have received approved & documented training • Manages personnel training records. • Creates Rental rates for scaffolding department • Receives and actions all Scaffold requests from Projects. • Prepares scaffold packages for all requests • Ensures scaffold provided is sourced from the agreed suppliers as per ED Standardization plan • Manages scaffold lay down yard within CWS. • Manages scaffolding stock. • Manages scaffold delivery to site • Manages scaffold return from site • Provides scaffold refurbishment service within division • Ensures housekeeping & Safety standards are maintained as per ACC Safety Policy within his sphere of operations. • Conducts performance appraisals of staff within his remit • Provide recommendations for new scaffold purchase to PMV Director • Liaising with Project Coordinators to ensure scaffold is scheduled, delivered and installed as per company procedure • Provide recommendations to PMV Director for selling or scrapping scaffold.
