Chemical or Metallurgy expert Job - Olympic Group May 23rd 2012, 12:11 Work on the researches of new sheet metal painting and treatment materials / technologies. Have a very good knowledge regarding sheet metal corrosion and galvanic corrosion, also having the capability to troubleshoot rust problems and recommend the best fit solution. Provide estimates for developing chemical treatments processes. Identify auxiliary production equipments tools and jigs to apply the new treatments technologies. Coaching and training technicians under his/her direct/Indirect supervision. Revise and Participate in producing materials' technical specifications delivered to Technical / quality / production departments. Insure that all material specifications are conforms to the local/international standards. Provide materials' specifications to lead and coordinate supplier development programs and test qualifications, including: chemical, mechanical attributes. Coordinate with external laboratories in order to approve or test new / developed materials Participate in project planning, execution, and close out with product / Technology development manager Utilize CAD software in product design in order to demonstrate process application on the product. Participate in product acceptance activities; suggest any corrective actions in order to guarantee correct any quality assurance deviations.
