JOB PURPOSE:
Undertake architectural tasks relating to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of designated facilities.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·Undertake architectural tasks relating to the creation, development, validation, certification, qualification, and delivery of required facilities; and the ongoing operation and maintenance of those facilities.
·Work within company designated engineering life cycle (ELC) policy and framework.
·Work within area of competence and to limits of delegated design authority.
·Contribute to and participate in formal technical bid reviews, design reviews and project reviews as required by life cycle management (LCM) policy.
·Operate as a member of the FM engineering team, working with other architects and engineers.
·Liaise with construction sub-contractors and other parties in the supply chain, including visits to construction sites and facilities.
·Operate within company and legislative requirements for health, personal safety, product safety and environmental protection.
·Operate within the company requirements for responsible business conduct.
. Contribute to personal and team development through adopting best practice, lessons learnt and sharing experience
