Job Description
As a project quality engineer your main tasks will include, but won't be limited to: - contract inspections according to desired customer specifications, industry standards and possible exceptions - creation of product-specific quality, inspection and test plans - product design review participation and inspection co-ordinations - project documentation evaluation and approval - be in charge of liaising between all parties involved in a project regarding technical and customer support Required qualifications and experience for a successful project quality engineer: - completed studies in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or similar technical education / experience - practical experience as a quality auditor - special engineering or oil & gas industry background and project experience familiar with Quality Tools such as FMEA, Advanced Quality Planning, First Article Inspection and Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) - preferably experience in welding, SAP and MS Office - fluent English (spoken and written), German language a bonus - conflict management and good communication skills Salary / package / benefits: Very good salary and package discussed individually The client: The company is a well known specialist in developing of components and systems for subsea oil and gas exploration.
