We are a leading Saudi group of companies specialized in steel industry, the Structural Steel company targeting a young, ambitious, and professional structural civil / mechanical engineer.
Job Description:
* Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
* Assigns jobs to staff and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to achieve the desired sales output.
* Conducts periodic review of media market surveys, customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implements marketing plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market.
* Evaluates sales targets of team, execution plan and accomplishments towards planning results.
* Guides pricing strategy for each tender to Estimator, and scrutinizes & justifies of tender values, reviews of contractual deeds.
* Assist in creation of project proposals by securing project specifications from clients and communicating the same to design teams.
* Liaise with client during proposal/quotation stage until projects are awarded.
* Provide support to client and design team during project implementation.
* Making a follow- up on major projects in Saudi Arabia and Gulf Regio-Preparing business and sales reports. -Getting inquiries, and reviewing bid documents and drawings.-Coordinating with the Estimating department for proposal preparation.
