Senior Price Estimator for roadworks / Hardscaping / Utilities Job - QDVC Apr 5th 2012, 12:05 Main assignments and activities: Carrying out all the preparation ground works for the pricing of the Landscape works above the existing Lusail / Car Parks and taking the lead of a small pricing team inclusive of: 1 Cad Man for quantity take of only - 1 Cad Man for issuing supporting documents for technical offer clarifications and methods - 1 planner . Autonomy / Responsibility: In direct relation with the project manager, the senior price estimator shall built his own team on site for: pricing the above mention project within the given time frame of 2 months. His responsibility with the support of his team shall be to review technically the tender file, and prepare a full offer for the works Inclusive of: a technical memo detailing the scope of works, the qualifications and exclusions, a program of work, a full quantity take off, a detailed cost estimate of the works. He will have to look into all the interfaces between the concept design and the existing car parks structures and to develop the construction details.
