Must be familiar with his own specialization discipline in Engineering-Procurement-Installation -Commissioning (EPIC) Projects
Must be able to supervise and guide his subordinate in the development of their individual engineering expertise on their discipline software, understanding of procedures and communication abilities.
Ensures that documents/deliverables generated within their discipline are technically adequate, constructible and conform/compatible with those generated by other disciplines.
Ensures that documents/deliverables are done on the set Project Schedule/Program and in compliance with all applicable contractual requirements.
Must be knowledgeable on productivity rates of their discipline activities whether Engineering or Installation/Construction.
Must coordinate with and can supplement the Project Manager in technical aspect and project management
Must display good public relations and time management skills. Communications Skills
• Must have well-developed computer skills and working knowledge on software related to his specialization discipline such as DISASU, B-JAC, CAESAR II, etc., as well with Microsoft Office.
• Must possess the ability to understand and clearly respond to clarifications within his scope of responsibility and tasks.
Reasoning Ability
• Must possess the ability to interpret requirements and specifications of various EPIC project undertaking of the office/company.
• Must possess the ability to define problems and deliver solutions in accordance to the requirements and specifications.
