Our Client - Is a leading E&P operator with projects worldwide and they are currently looking for a Geomechanics Senior Expert to be based in Austria
Job Description -
Perform inhouse geomechanical work.
Guide external geomechanical studies within and QC input data.
Ensure that methodology and results are delivered properly.
Support application of geomechanical knowledge within the business.
Set up and develop the yet missing discipline of geomechanics and add value to all subsurface projects by adding an additional crucial aspect of earth science.
Identify and specify needs in terms of geomechanics of E&P subsurface disciplines.
Evaluate and implement geomechanical software.
Perform geomechanical work and studies for business units.
Manage external work (define scope together with business unit, input QC, reporting).
Candidate Requirements -
University degree Master/Diplom (Geomechanics or Rock Physics).
Minimum 10 years relevant EP industry experience.
Fluent English language.
