- Implement contract administration policies and procedures
- Participate with legal department in the development of contract and subcontract templates
- Review client contracts as part of the tender documents and raise high risk areas to the division Contract Administration manager
- Provide input on and acceptance of letter of intent
- Review subcontracts to assure conformity with the terms and conditions of the contract
- Participate in the pre-contract signature negotiations with counterparts
- Maintain database of all contracts for all projects in the division
- Prepare vendor performance assessment templates
- Develop payment application spreadsheet forms and templates
- Prepare and maintain a log of all variation orders, claims/disputes tracking forms, vendor guarantee forms and minutes of meeting for all projects
- Receive and log reports on all client and subcontractor contracts progress status
- Receive reports on contractual issues from the project contract administration managers and raise issues to the contract administration manager
- Keep track of invoicing process and status of payments from clients and to subcontractors
- Administrate the process of securing advance payment and performance guarantees, and contractor's all risk insurance, and provide training on usage of forms and templates
