OVERVIEW:

Maintenance Manager /Reliability Manager with 20yrs experience in Petrochemical industry required.
Should have minimum 5yrs experience in a management role.
ROLE:
Managing 2 direct reports. Total reports is 4.
-Reliable maintenance of all equipment and minimum down time of plant
-Check the reportage of attendance of engineers, supervisors and technicians and reports presence of self to Department manager
-Preparation of reliability plans for static and rotary equipment.
-Ensure that reliability schedule is followed by section's engineers and technicians.
-Provide guidance for technical matters to engineers
-Preparation of list of instruments to be procured by reliability department
-Outlining the requirements for external agencies for reliability services
-Consulting OEM's for pertinent reliability issues to obtain solutions
-Preparation of budget of reliability section
-Reports preparation for management
-Performance evaluation of all engineers and technicians
-Implementation of SAP procedures in reliability /maintenance module
-Preparation of cost saving plans and continuous improvement schemes
