Head of Surveillance Job - Qatar Petroleum (QP) Apr 26th 2012, 08:20 Required experience/expertise • Degree in Petroleum Engineering. • 15+ years experience in reservoir engineering activities emphasizing large carbonate reservoirs • Significant experience working on mature oil fields under water flood • Strong background in reservoir surveillance and optimisation • Strong background in well test interpretation, material balance modelling and performance modelling of vertical and horizontal wells • Must have experience/knowledge of current computer software for reservoir engineering applications • Must have strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. • Must have superior ability to plan, organize and execute. • Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, management and less experienced staff.
