Function: Tendering, Estimation and Cost Control of MV, HV, & EHV Substations, Overhead Lines, and cable projects.

Duties including:

• Review the Tender Documents, i.e. B.O.Q, Drawings and Specifications to recognize the scope of the Project.

• Attend job explanations and conduct sites visits Kingdom wide.

• Preparing Design Drawings (in the Tendering stage).

• Collecting, Studying and Selection of the appropriate Offers for all related Works from, manpower suppliers, sub-contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers; with regular inquiry follow-ups.

• Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and commercially suitable proposals.

• Coordinating with manpower suppliers, sub-contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers.

• Check Quantity Take off Tables (done by Q.S.) from Tender Drawings and Documents.

• Preparing both Direct and Indirect Cost Estimates for all related Works.

• Application of Value Engineering to arrive the maximum cost saving without affecting the technical aspects of the Project requirements.

• Preparation of the Final Tender's Technical and Financial Proposals.

• Preparing Early Stage Cost Estimate for in-hands Projects.
