Key Requirements

Required experience: • BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Master Degree is desirable • 10 years experience Direct Industrial Sales and Business Development of Engineered solutions in the Oil & Gas upstream market. • Must have experience in LNG, Pipeline, Offshore or Subsea Terminals • Large experience selling EPC projects to Operators • Essential high level of English language written and spoken (TOEIC English level > 850) • Available to travel abroad • Candidates should have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for our key markets • Candidates should have strong communication abilities.

EPC Construction Business Development Manager, EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and manage new customer relationships

• Work in a team environment with the project operations, Marketing and Consulting organizations

• Work in synergy with a support team of country and proposal managers to proactively sell the Company in the Upstream Market, including feasibility studies, FEEDs, OBEs and EPCs.

• Develop detailed market analysis for growing market space and develop strategies to penetrate a defined target.

• Identify and develop relationships with the key decision-makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend value added solutions, and develop a winning strategy (i.e. partnerships, subcontracts, etc).

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's core competencies and operational capabilities to provide solutions for customers resulting in profitable growth.

• Develop and maintain an understanding of current and prospective customers to maximize market share.

• Assume a leadership role when appropriate and work without boundaries throughout the organization.

• Identify and pre-qualify business opportunities and make recommendations to the organization, assuring Company's participation in the bidding stage.

• Travel frequently to regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, maintain contact and develop new business. Base Location is to be discussed.

• Actively participate in the proposals commercial, contractual, legal and economic aspects, coordinating the contractual aspects and the financial and tax requirements. Conduct a comprehensive follow-up of the proposals until awarded
