Job Description
HSE LEAD - SINGAPORE - FPSO CONVERSION My client is an FPSO Owner / Operator based in Singapore. They have an international presence and already have a number of vessels on long term leases. They are still looking to expand their presence in the FPSO market place and so currently have a vessel which is being converted. For this project my client requires a HSE Lead to join the project for a duration of 15 Months. The role will see you based at the project site in China on a full time basis. Salary & package will include the following: * S$8,000 - 10,000 per month basic salary * Accommodation * Bonus scheme * 3 return flights throughout the duration of the project. In the position the HSE Lead's main focus will be to identify, establish and develop HSE plans specific to the project. On top of this you will be expected to promote HSE activities and monitor KPI performance. Other responsibilities for the role include: * Coordinating safety studies * Carrying out pre-startup safety reviews * Conducting risk assessments - HAZID and HAZOP * Scheduling site inspections * Training engineers on safety hazards For this role candidates must be able to speak fluent Mandarin and you should have a minimum of 8 years experience in HSE Management within the Oil & Gas and Marine sectors. Previous roles should have allowed you to gain experience in HSE Auditing and you should also be familiar with IS9001, ISO1400, ISPS Code, SOLAS and other marine regulations.
